• The prices shown are valid. Just4Home reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.
• Promotions subject to existing stock.

• The prices shown are without any shipping / delivery costs, being calculated the value of the type of service / delivery against the geographical area and respective weight of the order.
• You must provide Just4Home with an email address, postal mail, and other contact details, which are correct and complete and you agree that Just4Home can contact you using the data provided by the customer if you feel it is necessary.
• Just4Home reserves the right not to accept or cancel the order, even after the automatic confirmation of it, when they remain to the veracity of the information submitted.
• Just4Home may not process orders in the following cases:
  • Where there is insufficient guarantee of good collection;
  • The product is no longer available because of stock breakage. In these cases, the payments will be returned or the customer will be offered the exchange for another product;
  • Billing information is not accurate or verifiable;
  • The order is flagged by the Automatic Security Systems as an incorrect order or an order that is susceptible to fraud;
  • Payment is not received within 3 calendar days after acceptance of the order;
  • If there is evidence that the consumer is under 18;
  • Be it detectable that the price indicated in the Online Store is wrong;
  • If it is not possible to deliver the order to its address;
  • Orders are incomplete or incorrect;
  • There is evidence of improper / abusive use in the Online Store or with the ordering, exchange and delivery processes, in a single or repeated way on the part of the customer.
    In these cases JUST4HOME will inform, by e-mail, the reasons why the contract of sale was not made.

• Just4Home reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block the purchase by customers who fraudulently use the order, exchange and return processes online.
• Just4Home owns the company’s products until it has received full payment for all of these products.
• Just4Home shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of any other form of payment or incorrect use of the existing arrangements by the Buyer.
• Just4Home is not responsible for customs procedures due in the country of receipt of orders. Any chargeable amount or blocking of shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
